Thank you for shopping with Eagle Essentials. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect when you place an order.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Expedited Shipping (United States)
• Cost: Calculated at checkout
• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control such as weather or holidays.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING CARRIERS
We ship using a combination of carriers including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and third-party logistics providers depending on your location and the product ordered. The carrier assigned to your order will be shown in your tracking email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
At this time, Eagle Essentials does ship internationally. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your tracking information shows your package has not moved in more than 10 business days, or if your estimated delivery date has passed and your order has not arrived, please contact us at slapstickgolf18@gmail.com and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Eagle Essentials is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, we recommend checking with neighbors, your building management, or your local post office before contacting us.
INCORRECT ADDRESSES
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Eagle Essentials is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered the wrong address, contact us immediately at slapstickgolf18@gmail.com. We will do our best to update the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has been processed.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the damaged item and email them to slapstickgolf18@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
